I hope you have the details of the conversation you had with the IRCTC call centre like the person you spoke with, the date and time, now what you can do is speak with then again and ask them to look into the issue and ask them to help you further into it because they surely should have the proof of refund if they have made a refund to you. Also, I would advise you to check all the transactions that have come and gone through to your account atleast during a couple of weeks where you have bought the ticket and a week before / after you cancelled the ticket online.
You might as well want to check your other bank account incase you would have had multiple accounts.
My friend I am sure you would have followed the above step but its not bad to double check it as there are many times we miss minute details.

Here in America, we call that city Calcutta. Just google all the American companies you can think of and you’ll find a whole bunch who took our jobs and gave them to you, since they don’t have to pay you as much.But who in their right mind would want a data entry job? It’s the most boring job you could possibly imagine. C’mon, if you’re going to steal jobs from Americans, at least make it a little more interesting. There are tons of level 1 helpdesk jobs in India.
But please, when you do get one of those jobs and have to talk to someone in America, please don’t give yourself an American name like Steve. Seriously, it pisses us off.

Can anyone help me with an interview at Barclays,its telephone banking,so similar to call centre work ?
I have registered online etc, but I dont know how else to prepare Im going to the indction Saturday and dont know what to expect, Ive worked in a call centre before hand so have experience.
Im also currently work at Next permantley but have been offered a this position (the pay is 4 x times more as Next a month but I dont know whether its worth the risk, as I really would like the job but I have a holiday on the 20th of March for 5 days and wouldnt know whether Id get the job and when to telll them (the training day would be next Saturday)????-

I first started working for Halifax 4 years ago as a telephone banker. I now work in branch as a Banking Advisor. Lots of prospects. More so than next! As far as I can rememer I had to do roll plays. formal interview, and was asked 3 questions..ie. Name a situation or a time you were under pressure!! questons like that then 2 small tests. Spelling and Maths, it was simple tho. It also helps to look smart and have some understanding of customer service which you should as you work in a shop. I would go for it I started on 14k 4 years agon and now I’m on 22k with benefits ie pension. and bonus. Also they are putting me through my CeMap that’s so I can sell Mortgages and in a years time I will be leaving for a job on 40k or more a year. good prospects. GO FOR IT!

Does any work for BofA as a fraud analyst?
I submitted my app online 2 days ago, and received an email stating I was recommended for the job, and to call a certain number to set up an appointment. I know this position is at a call center in Phoenix. Anyone who works in that department? Myabe you could help me answer my questions?

what exactly does a fraud analyst does?

If they do they should investigate BofA. Biggest frauds in the USA. I know times are tough, but do you really wanna work at the moral scum that is BofA? I guess you could argue that you would never lose your job cause the taxpayer will always bail you out.

How do I get out of this rut?
I look on job web sites nearly every day, there just does not seem to be that much opportunity, I work in a call centre, I just feel really stressed out, some of the calls you have to deal with some right nutters and morons, some of them are fine, but its so repetitive, I can’t go back to college because I work shift and work will not give me a set shift, I see online training but its expensive and some of it a con promising you thing it can’t full fill… I don’t mean to complain I just want to do something better..-
